With more end-to-end D&C projects being added to our pipeline of work we’re always on the lookout for new talent, and right now we’re currently searching for a Site Supervisor Role. Earlier this month we posted a progress report on our TFMXpress project in High Wycombe. This new hub for one of Australia’s leading express delivery services will feature a purpose-built 250m2 office and a 3000m2 distribution centre, as well as a cantilevered canopy cover to loading docks to facilitate the efficient loading and unloading of materials.
So far, we’ve cleared the site of previous structures, completed extensive earthworks, installed drainage systems, almost completed construction on the floor slab, also just about finished the pouring of the tilt panels, and by the beginning of May, we’ll be erecting the panels and commencing the steel work.
Another project we’re currently working on can be found in Collie and is a new processing facility for our client Quantum Filtration. The completed building will consist of 794m2 of warehousing space, 580m2 of processing area, and 114m2 of office space, for a total square meterage of 1,488.
This new processing facility will increase their annual production from 5,000 metric tonnes per annum right up to 25,000 metric tonnes per annum, which will further enhance their ability to meet demand in over 65 countries around the world. And not far from AUSPAN’s Canning Vale facility is a recently completed project in East Rockingham. Cable Jointing Supplies is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of high and low voltage cable jointing kits, electrical termination tools and electrical accessories and tools. They supply quality products to the mining, industrial and commercial sectors.
The AUSPAN team has delivered Cable Jointing a complete end-to-end solution consisting office, warehouse and mezzanine space & external carparking, driveways, fencing and complete landscaping package. It’s always a great feeling to hand over the keys to another happy client and this project was no exception.
