Overview/brief

The client required a large upper class building to house 40 horse boxes, feed & tack rooms, wash rooms, veterinary rooms, function rooms, kichen area and offices.

Challenges

Water Management

Managing large roof runoff required a custom tapered box gutter system to effectively channel water away.

Solution

All‑In‑One Build

AUSPAN designed and delivered a double‑gabled, fully insulated equestrian facility that met all water management requirements.

Extra large 10m bays allowed for 2 large stables to be constructed in each bay
Custom end bays and a mezzanine floor were installed to accommodate feed rooms,&nbsp
tack rooms, veterinary rooms, wash room, function rooms, kitchen area, offices
A skillion was installed as a cost effective undercover riding area
