Based in Northampton, Hill Crest is owned by the Drage family where they farm wheat, canola and lupin on 1,400 hectares.

Challenges

Severe Weather

Cyclone Seroja destroyed several sheds on the Drage property—including the workshop and machinery sheds. When the cyclone hit at the commencement of seeding, the race was on to complete the project before harvest. Despite a challenging hilltop site with high winds, the project was completed successfully.
