Roger from Linton Park farms required a large open span workshop to compliment his farming business – big enough to fold a boom spray out and big enough to fold a bar. Somewhere he could safely store and maintain machinery all year round in whatever weather condition.

The sloping site and integration with an existing shed required significant retaining work and detailed planning.

Innovative Solution

AUSPAN delivered an innovative design that addressed the challenges of a sloping site and existing structure integration.

Large 15m clear span door openings either end to enable drive through.
Seals against existing shed utilising existing infrastructure for tool storage and freeing&nbsp
up the new facility for machinery storage and maintenance.
Incorporating the custom AUSPAN tapered gutter system to deliver all storm water to one end of the shed and enabling simple plumbing to storage tank.
