In September we had a sod-turning ceremony at the site of our new 19,000m² Forrestdale Toyota project, and since then the project has been progressing well. Last month we recorded this progress update which demonstrated completed earthworks sub-base preparation and preparation of the building pads, stormwater, electrical, and fire services prelays, as well as building footings and foundations. Currently underway we have the manufacturing of our precast wall panels, downpipe inground prelays and interconnections, continuation of the electrical inground prelays. The project is tracking well and we’re looking forward to handing the building over to the client at the end of August 2026.

And this quarter we’re going to finish with a case study another of our repeat clients Direct Freight Express. This is a purpose-built 6,500m² transport hub complemented by a 3,500m² warehouse, and 64m² administration building, designed and delivered by the AUSPAN team, on time and on budget.
