Hello and welcome to the AUSPAN Ag Inform for July.
It’s that time of year again, and like many of you, we’re watching the skies and hoping for a good drop of rain. Hopefully the clouds open up soon and set us all up for a cracking season.
AUSPAN as a Great Place to Work

It’s always nice to receive a pat on the back, and here at AUSPAN, we’re no different. So it was humbling to not only be re-certified as a Great Place to Work for 25/26, but also for some of the key takeaways from the survey which were especially gratifying. We invest heavily in the happiness of our team as we firmly believe that when the team is motivated, and committed to working together, this maximises our ability to deliver WA’s best ag sheds to WA farmers.
- With a score of 97% we’re in the top 1% of all company results.
- 100% of our female employees say AUSPAN is a Great Place to Work.
- Our score was 20% higher than our peers in the construction industry.
Bulk Fertiliser Storage Facility for Nutrien Ag Solutions

While we don’t normally highlight the work of our Industrial team in our Ag Informs, we thought you might be interested in this project we’re building for Nutrien Ag Solutions. This landmark development supports Western Australia’s $16.3 billion agriculture industry by helping to secure the state’s crucial fertiliser supplies. The facility will feature a 24,500m² bulk fertiliser storage area and 300m² of office space. In total this facility will hold 130,000 tonnes of fertiliser, boosting Nutrien’s storage capacity by 20%, which means WA farmers have guaranteed access to fertilisers whenever they need them.

Project Manager Ben McConkey reports that our rigging team is now on site and has commenced installation of the office tilt panels. With the program tracking well, we remain on schedule to hand over the completed facility by late January 2026.
48 x 24 x 7.75M MACHINERY SHED IN DONGOLOCKING

And now it’s time to hit the road and take a look at some of your recently completed projects and we’re going to start this month in Dongolocking and this 48 x 24 x 7.75m Machinery Shed for Russell Roberts, which includes a single PA door and 4x double track bottom-rolled sliding doors.
40 x 18 x 6.65M MACHINERY SHED IN GNOWANGERUP

Next we’re off to AUSPAN’s hometown of Gnowangerup and this 40 x 18 x 6.65m Machinery Shed for Knud Nymann.
48 x 24 x 8m WORKSHOP SHED IN KORRELOCKING

Our last stop this month is four hours north of Gnowangerup at Wyalkatchem, and this fully customised 48 x 24 x 8m Workshop Shed for Trent Tyler. Complete with 2x PA doors, 4x single track bottom-rolled sliding doors, a 48 x 5m cantilever canopy, and a 16m girder truss for a clearspan opening, this a great new addition to Trent’s farm

So that’s it for July. If you’re heading to Bringing Dowerin Downtown, we’ll see you there, otherwise we’ll be back in touch next month.
