Happy New year everyone and welcome to the first Commercial Inform of 2023!  

Last year was a very positive year for our commercial and mining teams which means 2023 will be even more exciting as we already have 15 projects all due to break ground between now and December, and no doubt there will be quite a few more as we move through the year.

OFFICE & WAREHOUSE IN ROCKINGHAM

We thought it would be good to tell you about a couple of these upcoming projects, so let’s start down in Rockingham with this $2.6M warehouse and office. With a 2-storey 580m² office area and 1000m² of warehouse space, this is complete turnkey design and construct package.

STORAGE BUILDING IN GERALDTON

Now we’ll head north to Geraldton to this 3000m2 bulk storage building. Valued at over $4M, this project includes 4m high concrete bunker walls, and a dedicated on-site fire system.

CASE STUDY: NEXUS RECYCLING

In December, we paid a visit to a project we completed last year in Bibra Lake, where we caught up with the Managing Director of Nexus Recycling, Todd Vains. This $4.5M project consisted of a 3,500m² workshop floor area, and a 500m² office area with fitout. This was by no means a straightforward job, with senior Nexus management based over east during COVID, a requirement for extensive retaining walls and tilt panels, plus internal concrete plinths and platforms for the fitout of the plant.
