Meet William, a Project Manager at AUSPAN who oversees a selection of our commercial and industrial construction projects.
Before joining AUSPAN, William built an impressive career in Mexico, working as a Senior Project Manager, leading complex builds and coordinating teams, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
William brings this depth of international experience to AUSPAN, where he values the trust and autonomy he’s given to manage projects, supported by a team and leadership group that are always available to collaborate and work through challenges together. That balance allows him to stay focused on key site decisions and deliver projects with confidence.
Outside of work, William enjoys switching off through exercise, reading a good book, and spending quality time with his family – whether that’s watching movies together or making the most of exploring new places in and around the city.

Meet Tekoa – a key member of AUSPAN’s manufacturing team for the past three years, operating the beamline and helping ensure every steel component meets our exacting standards of quality and accuracy.
Tekoa values AUSPAN as a place to learn and grow, with opportunities to build new skills while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team.
Outside of work, Tekoa stays busy keeping fit and working on car projects — always improving, refining, and building, whether he’s in the workshop or the driveway 🏋️♂️🚗💪

Meet Reineir, a Plasma Operator who has been part of AUSPAN’s manufacturing team for the past two years, playing a key role in ensuring steel components are cut with precision and care.

Outside of work, Reinier enjoys switching off with DIY projects and gardening 🌿🏡 — a hands-on way to relax and take pride in what he builds at home.

Meet Blake, a Site Supervisor who has been with AUSPAN for a year and has recently led delivery on one of our key industrial projects.
Blake values the trust and autonomy he’s given to run his site, knowing the wider AUSPAN team is always there to provide support when it matters. That balance allows him to focus on critical site decisions and keep projects moving forward with confidence.
When he’s off site, Blake switches off by walking his dog and spending time with his family – an important reset after busy days on the tools and on the ground.
