CURRENT PROJECTS
Boortmart
The latest building we are working on for Boortmalt at Forrestfield consists of a 14m high purpose designed tilt panel building integrated with the existing buildings & silos on this site.
A critical component to the design of this build is the identification and alignment of the existing structures & mechanicals which was achieved by a full 3D Point Cloud Survey.
Marawar Construction – Bunnings Warehouse
Auspan recently completed a significant scope of works for Marawar/MConstruction on the new 14,800m2 Bunnings in Albany. Auspan’s scope of works included the supply, delivery & install of tilt panels, structural steel & purlins.
The project was awarded the “Builders Choice Award” in 2021.
Dongara Marine
Work is now underway on 2 new 17m high shipbuilding workshops with 10T gantry cranes in them & the associated offices on a challenging site directly adjacent to the ocean in the Geraldton Harbour. These buildings will be very close to a building we successfully completed a few years ago for “Geraldton Boat Lifters”.
Animal Husbandry Building in Gingin
Design, supply & erect a steel framed, steel clad 4,500 m2 factory & office with concrete tilt panels & suspended plant room concrete flooring, loading docks etc.
Factory / Warehouse in Forrestdale, WA
This full D&C factory / warehouse project in Forrestdale is nearing completion. We have worked closely with the project team and subbies to achieve PC in approximately 5 months.
