Hello and welcome to the AUSPAN Commercial Inform for October 2022!

It has been another busy and exciting quarter for the Turnkey Team here at AUSPAN with a number of projects being handed over to clients and the award of a freight depot in High Wycombe, a large mezzanine floor and fitout project in Forrestdale and a rural services facility in regional WA.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT BUILDING, ROY HILL

September has been another busy month with the team working hard on a number of projects including a water treatment plant building for Aerison at Roy Hill.

AUSPAN were engaged to design & construct this building to assist with meeting an ambitious schedule and have been working closely around other trades to help meet the project milestone dates. This project included a large vented ridge which is now complete and wall cladding is well under way as we progress towards completing our scope of works in coming weeks.

EAST ROCKINGHAM WASTE TO ENERGY UPDATE

ACCIONA has awarded additional mechanical package installation works to AUSPAN on the East Rockingham Waste to Energy project which is progressing well.

Once the installation of the mechanical packages is complete the remaining three bays of the main shed structure will be completed.

DONGARA MARINE WRAP-UP

It’s all happening at Dongara Marine’s new HQ in Geraldton with our client officially moving in last month.

The fabrication workshop opened it’s mammoth front doors to the first vessel making it’s graceful and highly anticipated entrance to officially kick off boat building activities at the new premises.

GABA WRAP-UP

AUSPAN has completed it’s scope of works at GABA’s new basketball stadium in Geraldton.

October saw the roofing team put the finishing touches on all cladding, ventilation and flashing works, drawing to a close the part we played in the development of this fantastic and state of the art indoor basketball facility.

Thank you for your interest in AUSPAN, stay safe and well, and all the best for the final quarter of 2022!
