AUSPAN INFORM APRIL 2023

Written by Jeff Alagar | 5 April 2023

Hey everyone, and welcome to the AUSPAN Ag Inform for April!

We’ve got some positive news around pricing, we’ll take a look at a brand-new range of sheds that we’ve just released, and of course an Inform wouldn’t be an Inform if we didn’t check out some recently completed projects, and we’ve got some big ones this month!

BOOK A BUILD SLOT

As we are aware, material (particularly steel) prices have been extremely volatile over the past 2-3 years. To combat this volatility, AUSPAN created a new process within our quoting system and introduced our ‘Book a build slot’, Letter of Intent initiative to protect our clients, and us from the volatility.

We are really excited to share, with our ramped up capacity bringing lead times in earlier, coupled with some stabilising in material prices over recent months, that out of our last 35 projects that have progressed from our Letter of Intent sales status to that of Fixed Price Agreement status, 25 of these have received a cost reduction for their shed from the initial quoted price. This has meant thousands of dollars in savings for you, our clients.

This is further proof, that as a family-owned Western Australian business, looking after other Western Australian businesses, not only do we ensure industry leading service, quality & availability, but we can guarantee that our clients will receive project cost improvements wherever possible.

ECOSPAN SHED KITS

It’s not every day that you release a whole new product range, but that’s exactly what we’ve just done with our new ECOSPAN brand. The concept is simple. We’ve removed as many activities as possible from the building process so that we can offer standard kit sheds at great prices. While you obviously don’t get the level of customisation that you would with a custom AUSPAN build, if your requirements aren’t too specific, and you have an install option, then your savings can be considerable.

RECENT PROJECTS

Now it’s time to get into some completed projects, and first up we’re heading to Pingrup, and wow, how good is this? A 48 x 21 x 6.75 metre open front machinery shed.

Next up and we’re off to Katanning and another open front shed. This one measures 32 x 21 x 6 metres.

This time we’re in Newdegate where we recently completed this 30 x 15 x 9 metre grain and fertiliser shed.

And saving the biggest for last, check out this 56 x 24 x 7.5 metre hay shed.

So that’s it for another edition of the Ag Inform. As always, if you’re thinking about getting a shed, remember our build slots are always filling up, so get in touch and we can start the planning process now. Alternatively, you can just go to the ECOSPAN section of the website and get yourself a very cost-effective kit shed!

All the best for April and we look forward to getting back in touch next month.
